WD elements 2TB doesn't load on my PC

The light is on and I have done drive checks and it shows no error but the drive does not populate on my pc.

could be a number of things … i remember one time i had a drive letter conflict ie. if two drives have the same drive letter then only one of them will show up in windows explorer.
