On what device are you using the drive?
If it’s on a media player, make sure that the subtitles are on the same folder as the video file.
This isn’t a drive, the WD Elements is a media player with a built in drive just like the WDTV Live Hub, The WD Elements was sold overseas only. The question to ask is, is the subtitle file a separate .srt file or an embedded subtitle in the video itself?
