I Have WD Elements 2 TB External Disk (NTFS Formatted) . But it not working with WD TV Live Hub Media player. What should I do ?

Did you reformat the drive or repartition and reformat the drive?  If you just reformatted, you will need to delete the partition and repartition the drive, first.  Make sure that you back up the data first though.
