I brought a new external hard-disk, WD elements 1TB which is support usb3.0, however it can’t be mounted when I plug into my desktop’s usb3.0 port and only work if I plug into the usb 2.0 but my desktop’s usb3.0 port can read another usb 3.0 harddisk, such as WD my passport.
I tried to plug it into another computer that support USB3.0 and it works so I am wondering if there is any problems with my new WD elements 1 TB harddisk? or any drivers that i need to install
