WD Element SE Backup don' t find the device

i click the WD Backup icon on desktop.
It says > Choose your WD storage device or cloud service

Then identifies inequalitiesstarts but .
It only fins Cluod
I have tried to follow the manuals but they don’ t look as mine.

They say to register in WD Utilities but i have no for registration there.
