I bought 2 hard disk with media player from Singapore and I was satisifed with the product.
2013 i had a replacement of adaptor and remote control for 1 set. I was very happy with the company told me that accessories is with lifetime warranty (but I dont have it in email). They replaced them very quickly and I have been recommending everyone to buy from this brand.
Now the adaptor got burnt again and I seek for a replacement. From Spore to China, all denied lifetime warranty and i cant get replacement.
I cant even buy from WD!! I was asked to go to any store to buy!! Guess WD expects me to walk around Spore and hunt for compatible accesories for replacement.
So dissapointed with the support especially the one in Spore.
