WD element is stop working suddenly

hey,
i have a WD element 1tb portable harddisk and it stop working suddenly. when I connect it to my pc it shows blue steady light on harddisk and pc doesn’t show the drive.

Please help me ASAP.

Check if the drive appears under disk management

see if drive letter can be changed or if the drive shows unknown

I had the same problem!!!

Log a case with WD Support and get it replaced.
