WD Easystore Copying file names

Hello, I’m having troubles copying file names from my WD Easystore.
I want keep a list so I’ll know where everything’s at on all my drives.

How are you trying to copy files from Easystore and is there any error message while doing so?

I try to copy my file names by going to the top of file explorer and selecting all then I hit copy.
