WD Easystore 4TB works fine on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, and no BitLocker Encryption enabled.
An Recovery Error(Error recovering Disk x: A recovery key was not found on this drive. The drive cannot be unlocked) occurred when plugging into Windows 7 pro 64-bit PC.

It seems that your Easystore drive is encrypted with the BitLocker and need to use a recovery key to unlock the drive. I would suggest you connect your drive to Windows 10 and look out for the recovery key.
