WD Easystore 4TB HDD LED won't power ON when connected to the computer

Hello,

I am having issue with my Easystore 4TB Hard drive. I haven’t used this for 3 months.
When I plugged it in on my computer LED won’t turn ON and my computer was not able to connect to it. I replaced with a new USB cable but still it didn’t resolve the issue.

Any thought on this? Should I replace the power board?

have you tried plugging it into a different computer ? (if you don’t have another computer, then try a family, friend, work computer)

I did try on three different computers but still unsuccessful.
LED didn’t lit at all.
