my wd easy store 2625 external portable drive is not showing up in file tree but apears under task bar,devices and printers and can be ejected. in disk management it is shown as Disk 1 with red arrow, unknown,not allocated, not initialized and locked. I have lot of data,pics,videos on this disk.how to recover or repair without going to a software professional agency. Please guide me.
