WD Easy Store - Mac El Capitan question

Running a Mac with El Capitan operating system (10.11.6) have installed 1 TB EasyStore and need to
know if all my photos and music files have been transferred to the external drive. Support informs me
that I should be able to locate a Folder named Time Machine. No luck on finding the folder.
Help would be appreciated.

Hi Scooter1,

First, in order to use the drive. You have to reformat the drive in Mac OS Extended journal as it comes pre-formatted in NTFS file system and then once you create a backup using time machine, then you will see a folder named Time Machine in your WD Easy store portable drive where you will find all of your backup files.
