WD DX4000 Booting Loop

Hi,
My DX4000 had a power outage. After that it is not booting. It is going in a cycle by displaying " Initializing System " then after few minutes LED are blinking for the Hard Drives, then it is showing " Loading OS … Please wait " ….
But it is showing again "Initializing System " then " loading OS " in loop. I need the data to be recovered.
Please help me to fix this issue…
