one of our customers hav a DX4000. We want to update the firmware. In the monitor tab we can’t get any information anymore => Information not available.
We tried http://community.wd.com/t5/WD-Sentinel-Products/unable-to-find-and-install-updates-Sentinel/m-p/549722 but without success.
We don’t have direct access to this machine (60 km away).
If we try it with command line tool we got “Error: Timeout waiting for Object model connection”. Searching for this error we can’t find a solution. Please help.
