I’m running a mini mac with Yosemite 10.10. I downloaded the WD Drive Utilities for Mac Installer, but it crashes inmediately upon opening, so I have no way to install it. Any leads?
If the version on WD’s site can not be installed then try the version that came with your external hard drive, and then proceeding to update from the base installation. If this does not work then I’d recommend contacting WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
