Windows 10 automatically installed several WD security drivers last night (I have MBL). Trying to figure out whether they are legit. could not find documentation on WD website. Could not submit a ticket (I needed to indicate the operating system, but there was no place on the form to indicate the operating system). Chat support with a live agent is not available at 9 a.m. central U.S.
Is this company totally toast at this point? What do you all think — just go buy a simple NAS device from some other company?
I’m not exactly their biggest customer…clearly support is not there for me.
