WD Driver Utillities

Hello ,

I have a WD Element Desktop 4 TB it works perfect but I can get a connection with WD Drive Utillities when I open it I get mount a supporting WD drive.

Any suggestion is welcome.

This is to inform you that WD Drive Utility does not support the WD Elements Desktop drive.

However, In order to understand the health of the drive, we would request you to install WD Dashboard Application.

Thanks for the reply , why do they not chance that I assumed that every download works .

Turned in WD Elements by the retailer and bought a My Book 4 TB.

There is no software for WD Elements on the page link you provided. If WD Drive Utilities do not support WD Elements, then what software does?
