WD Drive Utilities crashing on startup

Running OS X 10.12.6 and trying to install and use WD Drive Utilities and WD Drive Manager however, I get the following problems:

  1. WD Drive Manager is supposed to be available from the Apple Menu Bar - It appears briefly on install but then vanishes.

  2. WD Drive Utilities appears to install okay but then when opening the App it crashes before anything happens with the following crash report.

Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated as, at the moment, I’m unable to get my new WD My Book Duo to work via RAID.

Would really appreciate a response from WD. AT the moment I can’t do anything and I really need to get this set up.

Now, I would recommend uninstalling WD Drive Utilities and make sure you re-install the latest version.
