I’m trying to install this software on os x 10.8.2, the installer runs, but after finishing there’s no application in the applications folder. Is there a fix for this?
are you downloading the latest version from the web site?
Restart the computer and try that again
Yes, I’ve restarted and downloaded direct form the WD site. Still no luck. Could it be an issue with my version of OS X?
