WD Drive for RAID-1?

I want to set up a RAID-1 array using software-RAID with mdadm. The array will serve as the /home directory with a capacity of 2TB or 4TB, connected via SATA 3Gbit/s or 6Gbit/s, and the planned workload is going to be moderate. As far as I understand, it is recommended to use drives with TLER (or SCT/ERC) support (https://raid.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Timeout_Mismatch). Is there a definitive reference on which WD drives support this feature and which WD drives are suitable for this? I am thinking of using WD Gold drives, either WD2005FBYZ or WD4003FRYZ, but I cannot find a definitive statement on whether the TLER feature is available or not.
