WD drive fails to connect to network - NEW utilities not working

I have a strange problem with WD My Cloud Home 2TB. The drive is mapped as a network drive. The disk is connected with a good quality cable to my network via LINKSYS which also acts as a router. My laptop is connected to the same network, also with a high-quality cable. The connection properties of the computer with the modem show 10Gbps. Recently I replaced my laptop with a new all in one system

 Processor Intel® Core™ i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz
 Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
 System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Despite this, very often the disk cannot be accessed –
after connecting the device and waiting for it to boot, the disk will show up. And is available for network mapping, however this takes 5 to 10 minutes.
Usually after some time The disk “disappears” automatically from the local network. Another symptom - It takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute or two to connect. Additionally, I have downloaded several of the WD tools but none seem to work with this drive.
There seems to be no utilities that will discover the drive even when I have the correct credentials. The only thing that has changed is that I have upgraded my system.

Anything blocking your kddfs? kddfs is basically what WD Discovery mounts.

thanks my issue has been fixed.
