Anything blocking your kddfs? kddfs is basically what WD Discovery mounts.

I can't see Login button at WD Discovery

@Green75 the missing Sign In for MCH means the Desktop App (kdd) did not get installed for some reason. Any third party firewall, antivirus, end point protection or internet security software installed? If so, it could have blocked the installation or WD Discoveryw as not install as the Windows Administrator user. Remove and Install again after checking for 3rd party software blocking. @SBrown I think I may have found what’s causing the app from not working. I use Acronis for my backup and I just noticed a couple of notifications from Acronis’s Active protection. Both were notifications that Active Protection was blocking kdd.
