WD Does not acknowledge the receipt of the WD I sent back to them, with tracking number

So I sent a dead WD HD back to them. Tracking number tells me it was received on sept 13, but the RMA page claims they never got it. I emailed them back in the case but the emails I get are as if they never receive any of my emails.

What should I do?
