Purchased a Passport for Mac 1T yesterday. Have mounted it in my Imac(2011). Downloaded the WD Discovery and opened the file. Got to the welcome screen. clicked on start. got a WD icon in my icon bar and imediately got a secnd icon beside it and then a message to restart the network and retry. What network ?..it’s one standalone. and trshing the file and reinstalling gives the same outcome. Secondly I get a WD icon at the top (Menu bar?) and clicking on it only gives me a quit option. So where di I go from here?
