WD Discovery won't login

I have a Mac and My Cloud Home. Time Machine is working perfectly however the WD Discovery refuses to let me log in. It comes up with “My Cloud is having trouble connecting to the server. Check your internet connection and try again.”

Dropping the Firewall made no difference. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but no joy. I tried logging a job with WD support but it just came back with “Service Unavailable”.

Can anyone else help or point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You could refer the link provided below for solutions when the drive is showing offline and if it doesn’t work then contact WD support by phone.
