WD Discovery Update

So, I completed the recommended WD Discovery software update. Now the Discovery software sees my My Cloud Home drive but it has disappeared form my computers. Only way to access content is via the web site. The whole reason I bought this drive is so that I would have everything at home and not have to go to a website to access my data.

Guess I have a $200 paperweight on my desk now.

What do you mean “Disappeared from my computers”?
The My Cloud Home should be seen after you sign in to MyCloud.com via WD Discovery and the Remote Drive mounted.

Did you reboot the computers?
