WD Discovery Toll

Hi

I am a Mac user and new to using a WD Live Hub. I am having trouble setting up my device as the process requires me to download the WD Discovery Tool, however it is a Windows file and I cannot open it. Can someone point me in the right direction? I should also note I’m not terribly tech savvy

Your user manual states that you should only connect the Hub to your network (Basic process of assigning an IP, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS servers either manually or automatically) and the workgroup name. Just after it is done then it should be seen on any Finder window that you open  o.o
