Is wd discovery software no longer available to us WD Backup? I installed the program for windows as the installation file was on my new My Passport 2 TB drive. The Apps won’t come up and shows “wait for the WD Discovery software”. Do I have to use Acronis True Image for WD? (which I don’t want to use “imaging” backup- but want to see folders on My Passport exactly as on my hardrive and be easily retrievable).
