Hi, my WD discovery does not work after I install it.
The WD discovery icon at the lower right has a red dot. After I click it, it shows like this
The whole panel is in grey and no response after I click anywhere.
Can anyone help? Many thanks!

The grayed panel, appears a first time WD Discovery tutorial comes after the installation. You should try to check after the uninstall and reinstall of WD Discovery from below provided WD Support link.
Thank you for your help, Brandon. I uninstalled and reinstalled the WD discovery. However, I still had the same issue. The panel is in grey and no response after I clicked the icon. Any other suggestion?
