WD Discovery keeps logging me out

I own a WD My Cloud Home and I use it for backing up my MacBook as well as storing back up files. In the first few months, the WD Discovery app would always be signed in but over the last month or so I have to log in each time I need to access my drive. As I said, I use the hard drive for backing up my MacBook via Time capsule but I am continually getting notifications that Time capsule hasn’t been backed up in days and this is because WD Discovery is always logged out.

Does anyone know how I can keep it logged in?

The My Cloud Home and My Cloud device are not the same. The WD Discovery program does not support the single bay My Cloud line (the subject of this subforum). See the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home where people more knowledgeable with that different device may be able to assist. And where one can search for past discussions using the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right).
