WD Discovery finds drive but WD Smartware doesn't show it as a Backup Target

I have a My Cloud Home on my network that is WD Discovery has no problem finding. However, WD SmartWare does not display it on the Backup Target tab.

I’m running Windows 10 Pro 18362.418

I have no problem opening up the drive in Windows Explorer.

Ideas?

I would like to inform you that the WD My Cloud Home device doesn’t support WD Smartware software.
