I installed my WC with continuous backup because I need more backup space for scanned docs. After installing WD my Neat software no longer worked. The only way to make it work was to turn off the WD. I can not restart from the dashboard, I have to unplug and repower. When I checked for backed up files, It had backed only docs, NO programs even tho’ I thought I ‘asked’ that everything be backedup… Help

I know enough about backup and networking to be dangerous but want to learn.
