Wd caviar blue 300gb hard drive replacement issues

Hello I have wd 300gb ide internal hard drive… its cache size is 16mb…my hard disk crashed 9 days ago… my hard drive is under warranty… i called on wd service center for replacement … but every time i get answer that your hard disk is showing capacity of 160 gb … they told me to send a picture of hard disk to ** wdexpress.india@wdc.com ** so that they can update my hard disk info… but everytime i send the pic… i get no reply … please solve my problem as soon as possible … i am really unsatisfied with your service… can anyone help me… if yes … thanks in advance…
