WD cannot be deteted on network

Hy,

I connect share my documents through network. The WD is switch on but cannot share.

Can you help me plz??? Its urgent.

If you have the devices connected to a switch make sure you have DHCP running on your network. Ideally use a router instead of a switch so you don’t have to use a DHCP server.
