WD BOOTABLE HD repair utiliy

Hello -

Does WD provide a “BOOTABLE” utility that will inspect, diagnose and repair WD-brand IDE, SATA, internal and external hard drives?

I want to be able to insert a CD or DVD disk in to the optical drive of a Windows computer (laptop or desktop) and BOOT that computer from the OS (DOS or Windows) that is ON THAT DISC.then start the utility that is on the same disc and use it to diagnose a Western Digital HD that is connected to that computer, internally or externally.

Except that WD appears to have pulled the CD download for the DLG utility … and very few computers these days have floppy drives.
