I may have erased the driver… How can I download a driver for model 3809A? Thankk you.
I have checked the power supply out put for voltage… Appears good… I have listened for the spinning… I can hear a noise if I put my ear right up to it… I have tried another wall plug… I have swapped out some cables, USB for Firewire. No effect… I have restarted a few times… All to no avail…
I have it working… I followed the FAQ : “No Longer Shows…” and worked through the suggestions. #7, Try another computer… I hooked it up to my wife’s computer (brave eh?) . It seemed to download a driver(s) and I was able to access data opn the drive… When I came back to my computer I don’t exactly remember how but there too it started and I could access data… Thanks FAQs…
