WD Blue SN500 SSD not found

Hi,
I have recently bought a Blue SN500 SSD, and I cannot find it on windows.
Using Device Manager, Disk Manager, and WD Dashboard, my SSD is nowhere to be found.

I am connecting it using a small box that only has a USB C output to a USB A, I am planning to clone my main SSD in it.
What could I do to have my new SSD detected?
