WD Blue recognised in bios but not in Win10? Please help

i can see it in bios but it wont show up in any folder or anything else. help please

Hiya,

Based on the little information provided, I suggest you install WD software and ZERO wipe the whole disk to make sure the drive is ‘clean’ and checked, zero wipe will try to write each sector and so any errors will be discovered!

You could use the dos version and boot from usb stick, but make sure you do this with the blue drive only. Perhaps best to use the usb stick and disconnect your current other disk, just to be sure.

Cheers,
