WD blue 320GB does not recognize all the disk size

I did install a 320GB WD Blue 2.5" hard disk into laptop dell inspiron 9400 and i was using the original laptop dell toshiba 80GB hd as a pendrive, but suddenly the laptop dell was reset and installed a 80GB’s raw data on the WD disk and damaging logial sectors. Now, although i have used testdisk, gparted and many others utilities and have formated low level, the operative system (linux and windows) only recognize 80gb of the total size (320gb).
