WD Blue 1TB recognized as 30MB

Hey!

My brand new HDD - WD Blue 1TB (10EZEX) is being recognized on two different computers, two different OS as just 33MB. I’ve tried dozen of partition tools, including Data LifeGuard Diagnostics and I am facing the same number every time.

Can you please advice what might be a problem and how can I solve it? I’m trying to run it as main OS drive, so I need to be sure that Windows 7 installation app is going to recognize it properly.

How is the drive showing on disk management?

Have you tried writting zeros to the drive with the DLG Tool?

I’ve just ran DLG zero writing. It took about 2s so I do not expect it to go fully through 1TB of sectors. Nothing changed.
