WD Blue 1TB only giving me 195 GBs

My 1TB Blue says it has 1TB in the device manager, and in the BIOS, but when I go to “Computer” it says I have 195 GBs.

Specs:
WIndows 7
FX-6300
EVGA GTX 750Ti
16GBs Ram
and the WD Blue 1TB

Open the Disk Management of Windows, maximize the window and make a screenshot of it (Use the Snipping Tool). Place the image then here.
