Same Problem here. BUT there is something diffrent 
i have at least 2 new pcs. one with an Asus ROG Strix X570 E-Gameing with an Ryzen 3900X
Bios Versions on the Mainboard: 3405 - feb 1st 2021 - Firmware from the SN 850: 611110WD
so the second pc has the same components but the MB is a Crosshair VIII Formular with a ryzen 5900x
at the Crosshair Mainboard everything works fine !
at the Strix e-gameing x570 mainboard i have the problem, that after stand bye mode the sn850 wouldnt be detected. after power off wait 15 sec and the power on everything is fine. bios is all on “default”. i also tried to reduce the pci 4.0 lanes to 3.0… but nothing happened… same problem…
