WD black mobile crashed - help

My Black hard drive crashed a while back. Installed a new one but unable to read the original to swap over entire contents including programs.
When I look at the circuit board it looks overheated on some of the pins.
It does sound like it spins up and no unusual noises.
Can anyone help with either a loan board or would WD be able to help me recover my drive assuming it is the board at fault.
Many thanks
Jeff

Hello jeffremington,

Hi
Thanks, I have put in a support case. Hopefully something can be done.
Will definitely go for a WD system to have full backup once this is sorted.
Wanted to buy a RAID system but at the time all was sold out so will have another look. Anything that will prevent the huge loss of time when a hard drive crashes unexpectedly
