Can any one tell me if the new WD Black D10 game drive can be used as an internal drive?

Yeah, it can be shucked (looks like standard SATA with detachable USB interface board) … but you void all Warranty on the Drive by doing so.

If you want to use it as an internal boot drive … make sure your motherboard firmware
supports UEFI otherwise you won’t be able to use more than 2TB.
