Recently purchased this hard drive from Amazon, box arrived fine, it appeared to be packaged fine, no issues installing

Though noticed it was noisy on use, with writing and when idle sometimes a like chunk sound, immediately checked Crystal Disk info, Short Test done, still gotta finish the Extended test though to be sure

Is this sounds normal? Should i have it replaced by Amazon? or RMA with Western Digital

Yes Support via Email also gave me the same link, the noise seems to have lessened since first got it, did a quick test with WD Diagnostics, then Extended test, no issues found at all. Seems to be working just fine

Additonally nothing found with Crystaldisk Info tool either, showed all good
