i have tried formating my 2tb and 3tb wd black hdd and it will not complete the format. it says the drive is healthy and working, but it still wont format. what am i doing wrong. i am on windows 8.1 64-bit
What do you use to format the drives? Are the drives internal or external? If external, you can use WD Drive Utility to try to format the hard drive. You can also download the WD-WinDLG for check the status of the drive.
i use disk management in the control panel and they are internal
