About a month ago, my WD Black starting to behave strangely, after being used sometime it will randomly become offline and not detected by PC, tried restarting and no avail. Must either power off the HDD or turn off entire system and then power on again then only can be detected. Now this issue is happening more frequent, should I start backup my data and call WD for warranty? Will WD let me replace the drive? Because it doesn’t show any signs of problems in any HDD diagnostic tools.
