WD Backup won't recognize Passport

I have a new 2 Tb MyPassport connected to a PC running Windows 10. The computer recognizes the device (assigning it to the E Drive), and WD software asks if I want to backup the drive to Dropbox. But when I try to create a new backup plan for this drive, WD Backup goes looking for available devices and only finds Dropbox.

How do I assign a backup plan to this device?

Which app are you using for planning the backup? I use the USB Backup and that works flawless when attaching the WD Passport to the NAS directly. (PR4100)
