WD Backup stopped backing up files in Win 10 Pro

WD backup stopped backing up my files. I reinstalled software and made a new profile but it still doesn’t work. When allowing auto mode it just says it did not backup. When i click the manual backup button, the “Preparing” message comes up for about a minute and goes away but no errors and no backup. Logs have no errors. It is backing up to a 12 TB Easystore. all appears normal, just no backup. I manually deleted all WD directories after uninstall to have a clean reinstall. OS: win 10 pro build 18362.535
