Hello, I noticed that when I view My Computer (This PC) the properties of the My Passport Slim Drive show that the capacity of the Slim Drive as 32GB not 1TB so I would guess that either my W8.1 HP Desktop was either infected or I might have inadvertently deleted the WD Backup program taht came with the My Passport 1Tb Slim Drive and would appreciate any help that you can offer to resurrect the WD Slim Drive.

The 32GB refer to free space? What happens if you connect the drive on a different computer does it show the same?
Thank you for your help ArMak, it’s total space, free and used, and it’s the same on any computer that I use. I found a solution on Youtube and the My Passport 1Tb Ultra metal drive now shows 931GB of available total space (up from 32Gb).

I would like to ask for favor, because I format my “My Passport Ultra Metal 1 TB” HDD and incidentally deleted original factory software from hard disk. Could someone upload the default directories and software (for example: WD Apps Setup.exe, Extras folder, WD Apps for Windows folder, User Manuals folder, Locale folder) in rar file to other file hosting site eg. zippyshare?
I found My Passport software " WD Disk Image for Windows for My Passport drives", but these are not default programs.
