The WD Backup software does not display any files to restore. The backups appear to be working fine and properties shows that 636GB is stored on the MyPassport 2TB that I bought 8-2017 to use with my new Dell desktop. I reinstalled the WD Backup software and that did not solve the problem. Any solutions?..or My Passport will become My Paperweight.
